All script files found on this forum can be played using two methods.

1) The script file can be encoded directly into the video then played using Windows Media Player.

2) The script file can be played without encoding using Jerrod's RTS Player.

Hi lastditch

For Java you need to find a copy of jre-7u40-windows-i586.exe.

For VLC you need to find a copy of vlc-2.1.2-win32.exe.

If you Google those file names you'll find active links to downloads for them.

Good luck!

I'm not as advanced as most of the people here seem to be on video editing scripting linking etc...

Is there a link to a youtube instruction video somewhere or would someone maybe be able to create one?

Hello
This is normally a vorze thread..
I'm looking for a player ( besides the one with the hardware " vorze player") so it can read it on Vista system as it seems "Vorze player" works only under 7 and up.
On this page though it's for Vorze, you tell about : Jerrod's RTS Player . I downloaded it .. but it's a player for realtouch not for vorze.. Any other player? It says it require a "platform agent ". Does vorze use that "agent" too? if yes where can I get it? ( when trying to load a csv file it makes parsing error). because I could try to code my own player If it works the same for vorze, as Jerrod's RTS Player sources are available.
thanks.

sorry pinkrabbit I need to update some of the instructions posts. Jerrod player's is only for realtouch. There is one other player for Vorze made by one of our forum members here. Read this post here to find out how to use it. I'm not sure if it works with vista but you can give it a try.

Is their any programs that will convert these files for a Mac computer?
